Chef Raquel’s Puerto Rican Culinary Experience

Chef Raquel elevates Puerto Rican cuisine with modern elegance. She hired MEVK Media to capture events for her business, Catered By Raquel. From intimate weddings in Long Beach to grand corporate gatherings, Chef Raquel’s culinary artistry shines through. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, she crafts dishes that are both visually stunning and incredibly flavorful.

We got to capture the launch of her dining experience entitled “Encanto”. The menu is based around her experience on the Netflix show, Five Star Chef. It was such an honor to photograph all the details, from the decor and cocktails to each beautiful dish, and to witness Chef Raquel greet her guests with sincere gratitude and excitement. The applause brought a tear to my eye!
